Abstract
ABSTRACT
In the development of human culture, the people begin developing culture
trough culinary. Many kinds culinary createdis e real fact of developing human
culture which is specially life style. That people see the food from the futuristic
taste and not only from survive of food.
“Waroeng Spesial Sambal” reastaurant, created a modern concept of
culinary which was prouded by 27 kinds of sauces, 22 kinds of dhises, 11 kinds of
salads and 24 kinds of beverage. With the background concept of the most
superior hot food perhaps to draw the consumer interesting. The Rustic Of
Javanese concept is the reflection of the situation in Java traditional village as a
place of culinary business development. This Rustic Of Javanese concept is also
supported by thelocal potencial. Based on the background, the writer adopts case
study of “Waroeng Spesial Sambal” restaurant as a case plans.
