They are in the form of indigenous knowledge, namely knowledge and skills inherited from their ancestors from generation to generation which can be used as capital for reinforcing them through training and counseling so that they will become independent and interested in entrepreneurship. If they are interested in entrepreneurship they will be able to create job opportunities through home industrial sector. They also have a traditional organization named rarambanga which is established as an organization under which they do their social activities and as a strategy to face various economic pressures.
