In Bali, the implementation of creative economy development and the empowerement of society economy is realized throught the society empowerement mission which based on the Balinese Culture and local wisdom. The Balinese culture and local wisdom. The Balinese Culture is essentially base on values of Hinduism principles. The local wisdoms principles are namely concept of Tri Hita Karana, Desa Kala Patra, Karma Phala, Taksu, and Raja Jengah (sense of excitement). The Balinese dance which has been known for centuries, have been played the important role in human life. The Balinese dance is performed in any events, which are related to rituals and parties for celebrate the important events in a society. Beside it, the dance in Bali is characterized by the diversity and very high quality. The creative economy is illustrated as the condition of the economy which is full of creativities in creating plus point, management strategy, until the skill to catch the opportunity. The creative economy is not the new problem in performing art, especially dance, because before have been introduced, the business activity of dance have been done for many times. Many results have been planned by the dancer, both individually and organization offered , and sold to the buyers in order to be enjoyed by the large society. Through strengthening the structure of creative economy which based on the creativities, skill, and talents in tradition and culture sectors, having the contribution to the business revitalizations in performing art such as Balinese dance, and also the intellectual property and cultural heritage that can be preserved as the source of inspiration to produce the innovative new product which have the plus point and highly competitive.
