Abstract

Aksesoris merupakan benda pelengkap, pendukung, pemanis dalam penampilan busana, yang berfungsi sebagai hiasan untuk menambah keindahan pemakainya. Pengguna aksesoris sangat berkembang pesat dari waktu ke waktu, perhiasan semula berfungsi sebagai simbolik dan penanda status sosial, sekarang aksesoris menjadi mode dan ekspresi seni. Aksesoris wanita sebagai gagasan berkarya mengambil konsep gaya kotemporer pada perwujudan karya dapat memberi kebebasan pencipta berekspresi, karena karya yang diciptakan dibuat tidak selalu formal dan bebas tanpa makna, tetapi tetap mengacu pada struktur seni rupa dan desain. Amuba sebagai sumber inspirasi dikarenakan amuba dapat berubah-ubah bentuknya, sehingga lebih variatif dan lebih bebas berekspresi dalam membentuk aksesoris wanita. Keramik digunakan sebagai media utama dalam pembuatan aksesoris, karakter keramik yang keras setelah di lakukan proses pembakaran glasir, memudahkan perawatannya, warna yang dihasilkan dapat lebih tahan lama. Dilakukan pada penggabungan media dengan menggunakan bahan kulit, kain fanel, bulu sentetis, glitter, tali, kayu dan logam. Pada proses perwujudan perakitan bahan menggunakan beberapa teknik yaitu : teknik tempel, ikat, lilit dan patri dalam proses finishing logam menggunakan teknik plantid perak. Dalam karya ini dapat dihasilakan beberapa aksesoris yang menarik diantaranya kalung, gelang, anting-anting, jepit rambut, sabuk, cincin, sepatu dan tas yang diperuntukan untuk acara fashion show dan event tertentu. Diharapkan dalam penggunaannya aksesoris ini dapat memberi rasa percaya diri untuk mengekspresikan dan memunculkan karakter pribadi. Bentuk yang dihasilkan yaitu bentuk-bentuk aksesoris gaya kontemporer sebagai karya seni yang dapat digunakan pada tubuh wanita sebagai pelengkapan penampilan. Kata kunci : Amuba, Aksesoris, Kontemporer, Keramik. In this work can be produced some interesting accessories including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, hair clips, belts, rings, shoes and bags intended fashion show, a particular event. Expected in the use of these accessories can give confidence to express and bring a personal character.
