Abstract

Abstract One of the forms of iringan of Balinese wayang kulit (shadow play) performance is iringan pakeliran wayang parwa. Iringan pakeliran wayang parwa has many styles. The kind of ubit-ubitan/cecandetan and rhythms discussed in the following is that is iringan pakeliran wayang parwa of I Wayan Konolan style (ipwpWK). IpwpWK has various kinds of ubit-ubitan/cecancetan and various kinds of rhythms. The kind of ubit-ubitan/cecandetan are such as bolak-balik nuduk, bolak-balik ngutang, uber-uberan, tulak wali, nyendok, mulek, oles-olesan, dan nyalud. While, the kind of rhythms are such as nguluin, ngumad, ngambang, kesiab, ngantung, imbuh nada imbuh gatra, dan salah gatra.
