Abstract

Abstract: this article offers promoting productive performance via ergonomic approach at CV. MTN, which is a wood manufacture industry that produces furniture. Of the varying product include Hotel facilities, private home, and wooden floors (mosaic tile). The mosaic tile has been the export commodity, but the employees work manually and simply, without using sufficient equipments, which instigates a subjective complaint of mosaic artist. They are complaint because they have to work on the top of a relatively. High desk and table that forcesan un-natural working behavior. The size of table and work material too short forces the employee to bend. To promote the performance of the employee is by mitigating the complaint and working impulse with ergonomic approaches maximally.
