Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all aspects of human life. The companies that had business in performing musicare having a hard time dealing with this condition. One of them is Pregina Production. To maintain the continuity of the business, The Pregina Production must be able to be resilient in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to determine the resilience capabilities and resilience strategies of Pregina Production In carrying out musical performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of this research begins by identifying the problems faced by Pregina Production during the Covid-19 period. The next step is the data collection process. The data obtained in the form of qualitative data, that is the results of interviews. It will be supported by the second data, and then to be analyzed. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative statistics. The data obtained from the interviews were described thoroughly. The results of this research indicate that Pregina Production has high resilience in the face of the covid-19 pandemic because it is still able to produce many products and still exist up to now. Pregina Production's resilience strategy can be studied from the ability to survive, adapt, and innovate during the covid-19 pandemic. Pregina Production can survive because it is able to activate all components including finance and human resources in the company. Pregina's adaptability can be seen from the breakthroughs made such as online concerts. Pregina Production also always innovates by maintaining the originality of the work. Continuous innovation is carried out, including the implementation of hybrid performances. These three capabilities were not newly formed during the pandemic but as the cumulative strength of the company that was formed before entering the pandemic period. Based on the research results, the entrepreneurial opportunities for online or hybrid music performances are wide open.
