Abstract

he 14th Denpasar Festival will be held at the end of 2021. The opening ceremony will begin on December 10, 2021, at the Alaya Dharma Negara building. Pregina Art & Showbiz took part in the opening ceremony of the 14th Denpasar Festival. but every work had obstacles that occurred, therefore the formulation of the problem is what was the role of Pregina Art & Showbiz in the event, how was the pre-Production-Production, and post-Production process, and the obstacles that occurred during this activity. the author's goal is to find out what the role of Pregina Art & Showbiz is, the pre-Production, Production, and post-Production processes, as well as the obstacles that occur. The methods used during this activity are participant, observation, conducting interviews with partners, and documentation while participating in these activities. activities the author knows what Pregina's role is in this event. the Pregina team became the Event Organizer at this event, and made a live stream of this event, the author knew how to lead an event, and the author became aware of marketing from Pregina by selling directly to clients via Social Media. Conclusion after participating in this activity, the writer knows their role, the process carried out by the Pregina Art & Showbiz team, and the obstacles that occurred during the opening of the 14th Denpasar Festival in 2021.
