Abstract

Concept In the work of Deer Returning to the Dream House, there are markers with the object being referred to, namely a deer crossing the river water, birds flying among the trees, the moon, against the backdrop of lush green leaves, and andesite rocks. This work tells about food security and biosecurity which are two issues that are closely related to one another. Food security is achieved when all people at all times have adequate physical and economic access to safe and nutritious food for a healthy life. Meanwhile, biological resilience is all defense management efforts to fight biological threats, including pest and disease control to reduce food loss. Biosecurity is a key factor for food security, because food security is achieved if we succeed in carrying out biological control. Biological resilience has the meaning of rules, and procedures for protecting plants and animals against exotic pests and diseases also includes protection of areas against economic, environmental and/or human health losses caused by harmful organisms. The scope of biosecurity as a strategic and integrated approach to analyze, and manage risks in the sectors of food security, plant life and health, animal life and health (including humans), and risks associated with the environment. At this time, biosecurity has developed into a holistic concept, which has direct relevance to agricultural sustainability, food security, biodiversity and environmental protection.
