Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution, work was regulated by control mechanisms. In this era, work must be developed with empowerment, insight opening and self-discovery. That is the condition for us to reach the mastery level, to create a master piece, and not the work of a manufactured model. The best work is work that involves the Creator of the Universe who has given us work, and for whom we really work. People say the sky is the limit. Let’s climb the sky through the work ladder so that work is supported in an intelligent way and with a sincere heart. Where, people who have achieved a position of sincere work have thought about morality and spirituality. He no longer thinks about his personality but has thought about spirituality and works regularly and throws away negative things in his mind
