Abstract
ABSTRACT
Tourism is the most rapidly growing sector in Bali. As a result of the progress and
development of the tourism sector of Bali, a variety of supporting the
development of tourism in Bali such as Restaurants, hotels, spas, resorts, villas,
entertainment and others. One means of supporting tourism in Bali that has the
potential to be developed is a restaurant. One that is designed to attract visitors
is'll Hu'u. Hu'u restaurant is a restaurant that was developed by an Italian
nationality. With a strategic place in Sanur but with the adjacent factory, very
interesting tricked by applying a vertical garden in the dining area and lounge in a
closed room, but the activity that goes to work well. Concepts used to solve the
existing problems in the field is "Stylish Sustainable" means the word stylish
stylish, artistic 2. style according to the changing times. (Large English
Dictionary, 1998:428). While the Sustainable means: meeting the needs of the
present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet
their needs (World Congress Of Architects, 1993). This concept is applied to the
material, based on its consideration of the premises and healthy environment.
While the stylish design of the theme itself manifest, spatial patterns, the shape of
space, which is dynamic. The concept of sustainable stylish is expected to create a
stylish restaurant interior design, and a sustainable building is safe and
comfortable to use for the perpetrators of the activity in the restaurant.
