Abstract

With existence of limitation by human being, hence in managing time which consist of 24 hour, have to earn to be exploited better. In general the time one day divided to become three usefulness that is: 8 hour to work, 8 hour for have socialization to 8 hour for the sleep of. Optimal office hours of human being is 8 hour, by 1 times lunch and by 2 times rest shortly. If considered necessary hence overtime can be performed by adding 3-4 hour after eight office hours, with dinner and 1 times rest shortly. System work at company of Laundry Made is 6 workday one week, one day divided to become 2 shift that is morning shift of hour 07.00 - 15.00 Wita, once take a rest that is at 12.00 - 13.00 Wita and of Shift evening from at 12.00 - 20.00 Wita, once take a rest that is at 17.00 - 18.00 Wita. For the shake of winning emulation of this company not rarely its employees overtime so that consumer become to satisfy. Overtime usually conducted without definitive schedule, the duration 3 up to 4 employees and hour which schedule nor overtime. In this case company and employees have never thought of generated impact effect of overtime. In order not to happened sighs of abundant job effect, hence have as proper as company of Laundry Made improve;repair existing job system. One its solution is change system work 2 shift become 3 shift. From 15 employees to becoming 3 working team, that is morning shift of hour 07.00 - 15.00 Wita once take a rest that is at 12.00 - 13.00 Wita and of Shift evening from at 12.00 - 20.00 Wita once take a rest that is at 17.00 - 18.00 Wita and of shift night at 17.00 - 01.00 Wita once take a rest at 20.00 - 21.00 Wita. Constraint met related to effort repair of Work System Company Laundry Made in Kerobokan Badung is, if there no order , employees which is job of shift night will have no work although seldom happened. Expense of which released by company party will increase, because all worker of night shift have to be provided to eat and drink. Have to add one labour as supervisor to be employed at night shift.
