Abstract

Process screen printing at practice print student in Visual Communication Design Lab, Institute of the Art Indonesia Denpasar still use the way of manual, its dominant meaning use hand without assisted by appliance to lighten work like putting and lifting screen at the time of printing so that cause abundant burden at both hand and cause fatigue at arm more early at student which is practice in screen printing studio. Make balmy desk, healthy and do not generate a[n sigh hence needing the existence of a new innovation in designing or desk screen printing capable to lessen sigh of musculoskeletal and can improve student productivity. For work needing heavy usage of body to depress in work, high of workbench is 15-40 cm under is high of elbow. Practice print to filter which is conducted by student of Visual Communication Design tend to generate arm fatigue because inappropriate practice moment elbow position that is only 5 cm above desk, while suggested for work needing heavy usage of body to depress in conducting work, high of workbench is 15-40 cm under of elbow.
