Abstract

Buah-buahan adalah salah satu makanan yang disukai oleh masyarakat, baik dari anak-anak sampai dengan orang dewasa karena selain rasanya yang enak juga menyehatkan bagi tubuh. Buah naga sangat penting kita konsumsi karena buah naga mempunyai banyak manfaat yang belum tentu terdapat dalam buah lainnya dan dapat membantu melancarkan pencenaan dalam tubuh kita, namun tidak semua orang berani untuk mengkonsumsi buah naga. Ada beberapa isu negatif perihal buah naga yang berkembang di masyakat khususnya masyarakat Bali, salah satu isunya adalah orang mengeluarkan kotoran tubuh berwarna merah seperti darah setelah orang memakan buah naga sehingga hal ini menyebabkan beberapa orang tidak berani lagi mengkonsumsi buah naga. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan untuk kasus desain ini berupa data primer yakni melalui survey dan wawancara terhadap narasumber. Medote yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi buah naga ini yaitu teori Desain Komunikasi Visual. Solusi yang penulis tawarkan seperti membuat beberapa media berupa (1) spanduk, (2) infografis, (3) poster, (4) brosur, (5) godybag, (6) roll up banner, (7) buku saku, (8) stiker, (9) foto profil instagram yang berisi ilustrasi buah naga dengan menggunakan teknik fotografi yang disertai dengan informasi penting dan dirangkum secara sederhana serta (10) katalog karya. Media yang telah dibuat diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan masyarakat tentang manfaat daging dan kulit buah naga. Kata kunci : Buah naga, kulit, Sosialisasi ABSTRACT VISUAL COMMUNICATION DESIGN AS A MEDIA SOCIALIZATION OF MEAT AND LEAF DRAGON FRUIT BENEFITS BY BALI PROVINCIAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT Fruits are one of the foods that are favored by the public, both from children to adults because in addition to good taste is also healthy for the body. Fruit can be consumed directly or processed first through the processing. Dragon fruit is very important we consume because dragon fruit has many benefits that it’s not necessarily contained in other fruits and its can help launch penenaan in our body, but everyone aren’t dare to consume dragon fruit. There are some negative issues about the dragon fruit that developed in the community especially the people of Bali, one of the issues is people remove the body dirt red like blood after people eat dragon fruit so this causes some people do not dare to again consume dragon fruit. Therefore, it is also necessary other media more effective and interesting so hopefully can improve information to target audience to consume the benefits of dragon fruit extract and skin. The data needed to create a media campaign is the form of primary data obtained through surveys and interviews with resource persons. Medotes used are descriptive and qualitative. The theory used in the dragon fruit socialization is the theory of Visual Communication Design. Solutions that authors offer are like making (1) banners, (2) infographics, (3) posters, (4) brochures, (5) godybags, (6) roll up banners, (7) pocket books, (8) stickers, (9) instagram profile photographs containing dragon fruit illustrations using photographic techniques accompanied by important information and summarized simply and (10) catalog of works.
