Abstract

Based on the results of the Entrepreneurship MBKM activity, the author conducted a review or research on the creative process carried out by Pregina Art & Showbiz, Bali as an Event Organizer at the 14th Denpasar Festival. This study aims to explore the processes carried out by Event Organizer services in an event. , starting from pre-production, production, even post-production as well as to find out how to minimize obstacles during an event, especially at the 14th Denpasar Festival so that the event can run smoothly. In this study, the authors used the methods of participation, observation, interviews and documentation. From the research that the author got, there is a creative process carried out by Pregina Art & Showbiz in terms of handling the 14th Denpasar Festival main event as an Event Organizer, starting from the planning, organizing, directing and controlling stages in the field. Which, this minimizes problems during the event so that the event can run smoothly. It was evident from the enthusiasm of the audience who attended and online via YouTube and the very positive public response to the continuity of the event.
