Abstract
Abstract
Bali and tourism are two things that can not be separated. Many tourists
come to visit Bali as one of the main tourist destinations. Regarding to this thing,
many entrepreneurs establish various kinds of tourist attractions with many variety
of concepts which are very attractive and have their own uniqueness.
Bali Zoo is one of the zoos located in Gianyar. This zoo is always doing
improvement both the facilities and also services in order to attract the tourists to
come and visit the place. Some improvements are by adding and facilitating unique,
attractive and new adventuring games. To convey that information, effective and
communicative Medias are needed as the means of promotion to present the
uniqueness and excellence of the Bali Zoo.
Design process is done using primary data collection methods such as
interviews and observations, and secondary data collection methods such as
literature, documentation, internet, and questionnaires.
In designing the medias a concept is needed, the concept that has been
implemented is fun adventure which means playfunless escapade. Of the design
process and the determination of the media, the media are appropriate and effective
in the design include: poster, billboard, folder, website design, photo booth,
magazine advertisement, sticker, t-shirt, and TV advertisement.
