Colege is represent set of education in carying out higher education. From the management of the higher education will be able to be resulted the human resourch with high quality, as which established in target of national education, capable to and responsible in developing theirself, its nation, and state. For that the lecturer as one of determinant in management of higher education require to continue to be improved by quality. Then to increase the quality of lecturer requaire to be done sircumstantial and accurate planning and study so that can be resulted strategy which is konprehensive, efisien, efektif, continual and integrated.
